Shipment of the ashes from Germany

Because you are sending the ashes from Germany and/or want to use DHL or Fedex, I am providing you with my private address where you can send the ashes.

This is because Deutsche Post, DHL, Fedex or Hermes do not deliver to post office boxes.

Once you have created the shipment, could you please send me a link to the shipment tracking? Then I can track the shipment and see when it will be delivered.

If possible, please enter our email address when creating the shipment so that the shipment is visible in our DHL app or PostNL app.

Dear visitor,

We would like to inform you that we are currently on holiday. Our holiday began on Friday 17 July and will last until Sunday 9 August.

If you wish, you are welcome to place an order during our holiday period.
Messages will be read and replied to once a day.
You may also send any cremation ashes as normal during our holiday period; we will continue to receive them.
Twice a week, all ashes sent to us are collected from the postbox, and you will also receive a confirmation of receipt from us.

After our holiday, on Monday 10 August, all orders will be processed in the order in which they were placed and the ashes were received. The processing times stated alongside the products have already taken our holiday into account. This processing time therefore begins as soon as the order is placed and/or when the ashes have been received by us.
